Beginner classes · Odessa, TX
Most of the women who walk through our door have never done Pilates before. Beginner classes on the Mat and the Reformer, in English or en español.
Your first class
A beginner class is taught from the ground up. Your instructor introduces the breath, the alignment and each movement before you do it, and stays with you while you find it. On the Reformer, your springs and straps are set up with you before class begins.
Classes are small on purpose. That means real attention and real corrections, in a room that feels like family rather than a crowd — which is exactly what makes the first one easier than you expect.
