Reformer classes · Odessa, TX
Spring-loaded resistance that meets you exactly where you are — whether it is your first class or your hundredth. Taught in small groups, in English or en español.
What is the Reformer
The Reformer is a smooth, spring-loaded machine that adds gentle, fully adjustable resistance to every movement. Change the springs and the same exercise becomes easier or harder, which is why one class can hold a first-timer and someone with years of practice at the same time.
The work is low-impact and deeply effective: long, strong muscles, a stronger core, and better posture. You stand taller, move easier, and feel more confident in your body, without the pounding of high-impact exercise.

Common questions

The Reformer uses a spring-loaded carriage to add adjustable resistance. Mat classes use your own bodyweight on the floor. Both are low-impact and build the same long, strong muscles — many members do both.
